I am the administrator and trying to add photos in one of the link. I did add photos, but now I want to put the pictures in an order form. By the latest to the past. How do I do this?

Is the order form something you're making using a table? Or the Survey Maker? What are you using to build it? You should be able to put the photos in any order you want. If they're not that way now just click on a photo, hit control X to cut it, and then place your cursor where you want it and hit control V to paste it there instead.
