Hello,

I have a classmate who registered once and had problems with her login, so, I deleted her and made here recreate her password and ID. Now, she can login but not access her profile, or others, or even check her messages in the Message Center.

Is this a problem with her security settings being set too high and/or a cookie issue? I have logged in under her user ID and password (to see what she was talking about) and I have no problems with the website from my computer.

It is possible you are not fully logged in - this may be an Internet Browser Cookie issue. Try this:

If you are using Internet Explorer it is under Tools then Internet Options and then midway down the General tab that it defaults to you'll see Temporary Internet Files and a button to Delete Cookies. Make sure you close down the browser and start it again after you delete the cookies.
