Your question about "what is your name" is redundant. Surveys can only be filled out by logged in classmates. The results of the survey are displayed to you with the answer that was given and then who gave that answer. The first line is what they typed, the 2nd line that begins with "-" is who said it. You are using the "Short Answer" type of question. In order for a report of all of the "Short Answers" to be meaningful, you would need to know who said what. That is why there is a " - Last name, First Name" following each answer. To find out who is going to the dinner, scroll down to the "Are you going to attend the Sigma Dinner on December 10th?" on the Survey Results page of the Sigma Dinner. You will see a "75.0% (3) ". The "3" is a link that will tell you exactly who said YES. The same is true of the "NO" answers.
