Some of my classmates have a preferred email address and then one or two alternates. It seems that the system is set up to send emails to all of the options listed - yes? Any way it can go to the first one and if that fails, then go for the others? I've got a couple of people complaining and I don't see a fix. Personally, I just hit "delete", but I want the class happy.

Hi Diana,

The system is set up to use mail the primary and secondary email address. If they don't want it going to alternate email addresses they will need to remove them or you as the admin can remove them and move them down to the admin notes section of their Details page in the admin where their emails are listed. That way if their primary address ever does show up in your bouncebacks as no longer available you can try one of their alternate addresses instead.
