I have classmates that hate their first or middle names, but I want their whole name in the class list in case or having to search for them in future years. Can I send class e-mails or all e-mails with just names they go by even nicknames?

Hi Judy,

The system uses the name stored in the classmate details sections of Manage Classmates. If they have always gone by their nickname you could add that nickname as their name under the details page and add their full name under the Classmate Notes area of the details page so you have their full name available for your records.
