We have about 12 classmates that have not moved to the 21st century as of yet and therefore have no computer and no e mail..(go figure)

So they will not be able to be an active classmate on our website. We do know their mailing addres and phone number to contact them if and when we need.

My question is, how do I get them off the "Missing Classmates" list and put a note on their profile that they do not have e mail?

On their Details page (Manage Classmates, Enter/Edit Classmates, Details) there is this section

Missing Override:       
Classmates appear on your Missing Classmates page based on the criteria you have set. If this Classmate meets your criteria and you need to remove their name from your Missing Classmates page anyway, check this box.

Just check the box.

There is also this option you might consider (edit site pages, edit classmate profiles)

   Show Admin-entered Classmate Profile details prior to Classmate joining the site.
