We'd like to limit those on the In Memory page to classmates.

But we do have guests, one of whom is deceased, and would like to add the double asterisk to his name so it will show in the class profile list as others who are deceased show. But when we add the double asterisks after the name, the system will not display the double asterisks in the class profile list.

I assume this is, for some reason, by design. It does show in the Edit classmates list, and when we view the profile. Is there some way to enter the double asterisks so they'll display in the class profile list?

I have no technical explanation for this. Try asterisk space asterisk

He is saying he DOES NOT WANT THEM ON THE "IN MEMORY" PAGE. What you are saying to do would add them to the In memory page. Scott's answer was right.

And Scott's suggestion worked. It's not quite the same with a space between them, but it accomplished the objective.

I'd add the rose icon too if there was a way to do that, but I haven't found one yet. It looks like that field is limited to 40 characters.
