We had a classmate change their mind about attending the reunion AFTER paying. He's in the transactions list for two tix.
Before I break something, what's the best process for deleting his tickets, but applying his $$ to the donation manager?

We are not refunding his payment, he wants his payment to apply towards a donation.

The best way is to tell me the transaction number and amount of total amount of the transaction and I will take care of it for you

If you delete the tickets they get refunded. I have a workaround.

I already did this one I was asking about.
But I have another from just today. Classmate paid, can't come, wants to put her $150 towards 'donation'. (HollyF from 4/14)

(since we're doing cash/check and external PayPal and not credit cards through CC, I thought deleting the tix from the transaction and adding to the donation line, would work all right.)

You are correct that you can just make that adjustment. My response is more relevant when you are using credit cards which is not the case here.

You can go ahead and make your change for 389186
