I want to put a floor plan on a new tab but don't want it to be a link to a floor plan. It's in a word document now, but when I try to copy to the tab I get "Inline image not displayed."

You need to make the image a standalone image (like a jpg, png, etc) and store in your file vaults. Then reference as an "img" in the editor. What you have now is an 'embedded' (inline) image that CC decided to no longer supports.
