Is it possible to create a new page under the "Edit Site Pages" tab and then only give access to a custom list of classmates created by the administrators. Would need to cross years including only some from each year.

I believe the answer is "no." When you create a new page, there are two boxes you can check or uncheck. The first box is "Active", meaning the page is viewable on your site. The second box is "Restrict to Classmates only," meaning someone has to be logged in to view the page. You can't further subdivide or restrict who views it.

Hi Richard, No that is not an option. As a multi-year site you can restrict a page by year or year range, however, you can't restrict by site members or lists. You can also create a page and not link to the navigation and then send that page to only certain individuals. Jessica
