Our class has maintained a robust excel spreadsheet of contact info for years. I was able to use this to upload a fair amount of personal contact info when I set up the site.

Is it possible to use this data to populate a person's personal information fields that are presented during the initial Join process?

Our classmates know about the spreadsheet and will find it odd that this data does not already appear to be present in the system.

Additionally, it appears to me that even after going through the Join process a classmate cannot see all of their personal contact info such as mailing address. Is there a setting I'm missing that controls access to this info?
