First question: Are there still issues with the server? Still getting 'website not available' error messages intermittently. I read in another post to clear cookies, delete history, etc, close browser, and try again, did that, rebooted, etc. Still works at times, and then not at all.

I signed up for Platinum account today and created an email. I've followed the instructions for Outlook (I have Outlook 2013, used Outlook 2010 instructions) and I can receive email, just not send...

I am looking into what might be the issue with the sending. Someone will reply on this thread as soon as we know more.

I think the issue has been resolved; I followed the instructions as written for setup, sort of gave up and left it alone, and out of the blue it started working yesterday...I'll let you know if any of the other co-admins have similar problems. Thanks so much for your time.
