Ouch! My spelling and grammar is terrible, and I am a bit cautious about replying to an English teacher, but here goes anyway:
Did you get that email in YOUR personal email account? Every time I hit the 'send email' button, I get a notice that it was sent to XXX number of classmates as well as a list of the classmates it went to. I 'look' for that to be sure I sent it to EVERYONE and just just a select few. I have on occasion, simply copied the email, pasted it into a NEW email , and write something like - Sorry if you are getting this for a second time, but I cannot determine if the email I sent on [date] at [time] was delivered to everyone. If you ARE getting this a second time, please disregard ONE of them! : ) Kathi, I realize this is 'water under the bridge,' but it might help in the future.

Kathleen Russell-Rader wrote: Email problems Ah Kathy... there you are! Sorry we couldn't address your email issue in TAP's chat last night (2/29). I believe it is a CC issue, not something we can address in TAP. Also, it might have been easier to understand in a one-on-one rather than a group chat. Hope you have it figured out!

Dear Gwen, I did receive Marla's notes and thanked her for her time and effort. I know what you and others like you do is a thankless job, but rest assured there are many of us who truly appreciate your time and expertise. Perhaps once I get the hang of this I may be able to help others. Problem solving has always been a strong point, but not with this fatigue. When I say I cannot think, I mean it literally, much to my chagrin. I am also feeling the pressure of registrant numbers as we have an April 1 cut off date. Otherwise, we must cancel due to our contract with our venue. The times that I feel somewhat with the program I am on-line researching the white pages for new addresses or emails and making follow-up calls. We have four administrators-but they are silent partners. Needless to say, I could have handled this easier in my 40s but pushing 60 is taking its toll. I know I am preaching to the choir as your schedule must be filled from now until the end of time. I wish I still had that energy as I thrived on that excitement and feeling of accomplishment and helping others. I have not returned to the play list. Again, that is something that I must address when I have a clear head. My initial diagnosis was in my CNS/brain, so processing those types of details can be a trial and major frustration. Please know that I genuinely appreciate your concern and effort on my behalf. I shall rise to the occasion, but I need to rest. I am sure you will find this amusing-aside from being dateless and desperate, my main concern for our reunion is- am I going to be able to stay awake and alert? I usually pack it in by 7 even w/family. Hope you school day is going well. Everyone here in OH is discussing the Chardon shooting. Many of my former students are teachers and university profs, including a nephew. I suggested they purchase a bullet proof vest and helmet. What a nightmare! My brother-in-law (one-I have 4) teaches in Dayton City. They have metal detectors, but they are only used first thing in the morning. Should you arrive later, you waltz right through the door. Yes, they do have the police at the school weekly. Thanks so much for everything. Again, you are appreciated! With warmest regards,
