We are using the classcreator software for a social club. I was wondering if there was a way of making an online membership application with classcreator that could be email to our secretary/treasuer.

And if so could it be paid for using the reunion planner?

The survey maker on your site allows you to create a form that visitors can fill out, but the content is not emailed to anyone and that is not presently an option. You can visit http://www.jotform.com/ and create a form there and embed it on your site and that form can be set to email you when it is filled out.
