Yes you qualify, you will automatically get integrated live chat when it's ready to roll. We're working on it now. It's a big project and will be awhile yet. Until then you might want to consider adding Add On Chat from addonchat.com. It won't have the integration with the login system that our own system will have, but it's a nice temporary solution nonetheless.
