Is it possible to change the fonts or the font sizes on our site

Only on the pages where you have your editor for custom content. The rest of the system uses a standard Verdana font. We chose it because Verdana is one of the most readable computer fonts. In cases where somebody needs to see larger fonts, all browsers have tools to increase font size.
