My domains are on enomcentral. What are the DNS server settings I should have entered on enomcentral? Or should I leave it on their server settings.

It depends. If is already working using their DNS servers. If you plan to use platinum email then we would need to update the DNS servers for you.

I have platinum but don't use the email. I just have the domain name email forward to my email. It is not coming to my fowarded address through the contact form. I have a trouble ticket open but it has not been fixed yet, or the problem is on the enom side.

I am not as experienced as some at working with domains and the behind the scenes, but I think somehow the enom servers were reset to their servers. Maybe? I don't know.

DNS should be set to enom's mail servers unless you are using other outside dedicated email.

I can submit a ticket to enom and let them know some of your forwarding is not coming through to you to see if there is any adjustment needed on their end.
