I had a fairly savvy user (used to be an IT person at his job) of our ClassCreator data base tell me he had not signed in for a while, and needed help because his system would let him sign-in. This originally was reported to me 7/18/2023. When I looked for his profile it was not there. Only I and one other admin, who is my backup, have admin privileges. Do you have a hidden transaction file for your support staff which might help me figure out what happened? I had to re-add him, and then have him re-join the site, and so he is back now. I can give you specific personal details for this person under separate cover. I am concerned he might not be the only person this happened to. I have requested info from him about when he first noticed this, but have not yet received a response. Please advise. Thanks.

You are the only admin making changes this year. I don't see any deleted classmates. Are you certain they had joined in the past?

Sorry, I missed updating you on this. The person was definitely in the system in the past. How do I know? Because I had back and forth with him in the internal message system. Rather than obsess over this, we had him JOIN again and all is well. This was done yet during August 2023 as I recall.
