We are currently limited to 25 MB "file vault" (free subscription) - can additional "file vault" storage be purchased OR will this INCREASE in size with an upgrade to a PREMIUM subscription. Our site is very active and we have managed to keep it "trimmed" down, but now we are reaching the file vault capacity - and don't have any options other than "tearing out".

There is no way to purchase additional file vault space for the grandfathered "free" sites. If you want to remain free, I could switch you over to the "Free (ads)", which will increase your file vault storage to 200mb, but you will also get advertisements on your website. Or the other option is to purchase a subscription, which a Premium subscription will give you 200MB, but no advertisements. I can change you to "Free (Ads)", but you can make the purchase on the SUBSCRIPTION page of your website.
