A user couldn't login with her original password so I changed it. She still couldn't login. What should I do?

Is she seeing a message on the screen when she tries to log in? Have her clear her cache and history for good measure.

I'm having the same problem with a classmate. We have reset his password numerous times and he still can't log in. He has reset his cache, etc. Is there a way he can contact you guys directly for some help? I can't keep doing this with him.
