I just paid for the single year for my class. Now I am having responses from other class years wanting to have a combined reunion.

Should I just changed to the multi year? I don't have the class lists for the other classes but could assign representatives?

Or, should I just leave it single year and let people join even if they aren't class of 1983?

Hi Christi,

If you are having a shared reunion it is best to have the other years included on your site so they can all register using the same event registration forms. Anyone registering for an event would need to be a member of the site. If it is a small number of people you can add them as guests so they are members of the site. If the group wanting to do a shared reunion is larger a multi-year site will accommodate them all better.
