1) Can we link to our statistics page for our no frills home page site counter without having a plug in?

2) On the side panel, can we move the headings around
I know we can change the format of the home page, but specifically the headings?

1) You could, but only Administrators would be able to see the Statistics page.

2) You can control the order of your Customizable Links by building your pages in the order you want them. Default links currently have a fixed position, but later this year we'll be programming a link sorting module that will allow you to slide links around wherever you want them, both customizable and default. This is currently a ways down the Task List though.
