All of a sudden, after five months of operating our class website as admin, I am unable to register any classmates for the reunion Big Event or any event. Further, no classmates are able to register for any events. Every time we I try to register a classmate, it defaults back to the information page about the specific event and will not let me register any classmate. We have done all the troubleshooting with the computer, have tried multiple devices and browsers with no change. I have checked to make sure the end date for registration has not passed. What could it be? Is anyone else having issues with the website? I pay for support but four emails have gone unanswered and time is of the essence. Please help! Carol Leamon

Hi Carol,

At first I assumed it was your registration deadline had passed and you just needed to update that saved it and publish it, however, when that all checked out and it still wasn't displaying I realized the Registration Closed check box was checked - it is right next to the registration deadline so you may have checked it by mistake. I unchecked it, saved and continued that section and published the change.

This only appears to be on your main event. Note that your Friday Homecoming has a registration deadline of 8/31/26 so you might want to change that now, save and publish it if you want them to be able to register after that date.
