Hi John,

The editor has a Source button - the first button on the editor menu. If that link is not displaying for you please check to see which browser you are using. We've heard that some users are having issues with the editor displaying in certain versions of Internet Explorer 9. In almost all cases the issues can be resolved by selecting Tools (on the browsers menu) and then Compatibility View.

Thanks Jessica. I am using IE9. I clicked on Compatibility View & was able to access the source code. I didn't try the link but I assume the hanging was caused by the same problem.

Jessica...
I had the Home Page Source Code compatibility View problem. I clicked on Tools and bingo I was able to access my Source Code, BUT (don't you love that word) I have lost over half of the Home Page Information.

Look at my Home Page, then go to Edit Home Page and view what is in the Edit Window. What you see in the Edit Window is not What is on the Home Page!!!

Question: What did I do? I am afraid to do anything (Especially SAVE CHANGES) in the Edit Window because I may lose everything that's on my Home Page. I just wanted to remove the "Happy Halloween" Graphic.

Kudos in advance,

Hi CAV,

I took a look at the page and I think I fixed the problem there. Can you take another look and let us know if things are back to normal?

Thanks Eric ...

I appreciate the quick response. I was able to take off my "Happy Halloween" Graphic before Thanksgiving.

All my Source Code is there. Everything is back normal ... for the time being!!!

Kudos to you and the Staff at ClassCreator!!!
