Today, Dec 17 & yesterday, Dec 16, several classmates are not receiving e-mail notifications. Tech support - please push them through. We're having an event, December 29, 2015. Thank you,

Dec 19 - I posted in In Memory and Message Forum - email notifications are not being received. I only got 2 (yahoo and hotmail) out of several and only 3 classmates have logged on, per Statistics. (I have 2 other yahoo, 1 msn, 1 gmail accts that have not received notification - doubt that it's the ISP.

We continue not to be receiving any email notifications. There are several classmates celebrating Birthdays and it's challenging not being able to promote an event to be held on December 29, 2015. When email notifications are received, our Stats average at least 40+ Classmates logging on. My classmates continue to remain connected using smart phones & tablets. Classmates only log on when they receive email notifications. Classmates not receiving email notifications continues to be a recurring problem. I have called ClassCreator and left voicemail. We have a paid website to keep our classmates connected - classmates are asking me what's going on. I have a Draft to email the class to let them know our email notifications are not being received. I have not received my test message. Tech support: please push through email notifications or if there's a problem on your end, I would appreciate knowing. My test message was sent more than one hour ago and I have not received my test message. Thank you.

E-mail notifications are still not being received by most classmates. Will ClassCreator indicate when this will be resolved.

There is not an issue on our end today. If you look at your Statistics page for Notify Me, you will see that 48.21% have opened the emails. This is not an exact %, but it is a good indicator.

Statistics and Notify Me is what I read daily. There was a problem with email notifications not being received from late last Friday thru Sunday - early Monday evening yesterday, there was a CC reply.
Anything posted before I emailed the class on Sunday was not sent to classmates as an email notification. Classmates need to know more details of our Dec 29th event for our classmate who is dying of stage 4 pancreatic cancer - email notifications are not being received. today thru December 29th, please push them thru. Thank you.

Thank you, Jessica. Today our Stats total 11. We usually average at least 30+ logging on. Whenever our Stats are low, it's due to classmates not receiving email notifications. We have active classmates. Please look at our Stats - this has nothing to do with a holiday. Classmates are traveling back to our hometown. As Admin, I know these classmates. Please check your server. I've had success sending & receiving personal emails to classmates during the past 4 dAys. Thank you.

I have one classmate who is unable to receive notifications. I have checked his setup and it is no different than other classmates who are able to receive notifications. We have tried everything we know to solve the problem. Should we consider deleting his account and having him reenter his details? Rick Hammond

The primary email address for Eric is one that is associated with a private company. 2 thoughts. 1. Have this member add a secondary email address, such as a gmail account to his profile. If he receives the emails at that address but not the primary, then we can assume that the emails are being filtered at the domain name level by an internal email server. 2. Have your member as his IT team if their email server is filtering these emails. Since the emails are not bouncing, I can only assume they are being delivered and filtered.
