It sure would be nice if class creator came with a “User Help Forum” (For Classmates) populated with how to’s (instructions) already built in. It is a daunting task trying to create them. It also would be great if it was laid out in the same manner as the “Help Forum” for us administrators. Any feedback would be appreciated. Who knows maybe they already exist.

If we have 1 or more voluteers who want to help put something like that together we could pre-populate a help forum using a standard User Forum inside your site.

One issue I see here is the schools on board are very different in terms of skillset (usually based on year of graduating class) and often utilize different features in different ways. You may have a variety of features turned on or off to meet the needs of your class, and somebody else has a whole different configuration of features they're using to meet their own needs. Virtually all Administrators would have to heavily edit any pre-stocked content to match waht they're doing on their own site and cator it to the skill level of the typical Classmate. Still, that probably beats starting with a blank slate for most new Administrators.

I'm guessing by the word "volunteers" that you are not looking for resumes?
