We have a classmate, #8756262, Theresa Asbell (Greene) who has registered but is not displaying in Alumni Profiles. She answered YES in "Show on Class List." Can you find & fix the problem? I have exhausted my knowledge! Thanks.

You have verification turned on and she has not yet been verified. When you login to the site there are several areas you can approve this:

1. Admins will see a notice that there is 1 member verification waiting under their name on the login page
2. Preferences page - Verification section will show a list of those awaiting verification
3. Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates > Profile page for the classmate - at the bottom it will show pending verification.
