Occasionally, a registration won't match up with a profile. When that happens, go to Event Planner > Edit > Transactions > Edit for the member who has registered but is not displaying on the Classmate Profiles page > Look at their registrations and to the right of the name field you will see a pencil icon, when clicked, Guest is a Classmate will appear and you will notice it is unchecked. Check that box and then search for their name in the provided field, when their name appears, click their name. Click the Save button and that will complete the connection for that activity to their profile. Repeat for any other activities or members for which the connection was not made. I believe I answered the other question on a different thread.
