We just renewed our class creator subscription to 10 years. Is there an easy way to do the same thing with the domain name? It's been so long since we did the initial sign up, I don't know if I need to tell them that we're a renewal rather than a new sign-up. Also, it doesn't look like we can go up to the full 10 years for the domain name. Is that true?

Domain registrations are currently set up with a maximum of 10 years of registration. This includes partial years which means if a domain has 6 months or even 10 days left it can only be renewed out for 9 years at the registrar. If classes want to renew for additional years at the 5+ year domain discount we have the ability to manually register the additional years as it becomes possible to renew them (meaning on the renewal date we can process the additional year(s) for you).
