How do you get Live Chat to work on an iPad? Is it even possible? (isn't everything possible on an iPad...)

Is there a special app I need to download? Or a special setting? I gots ta know...

The Live Chat feature is developed entirely in Flash technology which is completely unsupported on the iPad, so there is absolutely no possibility of making it work without completely rebuilding the Live Chat feature using an alternative technology. This could conceivably be something we'll consider down the road, but it is not on our current priority list.
