Changing family site address

I have a family site that is currently defunct/inactive, with no domain name/ownership. I would like to change it to a different type of site. Can I change the link name from the family one to new address? Thanks, Bonita

Simply register the new domain name, and input that domain name on the Register Domain page and click Activate Domain Name Now button.
