Small suggestion: Item name (Admin Notes / Classmates Notes)
During 7/18/2012 TAP Live Chat downloading of classmates data was discussed, specifically 'Admin Notes' (Information Admins enter for a classmate such as searching for them or comment of why a classmate has not yet joined the site, etc. Applicable information for a specific classmate that only an admin can view) and whether such information can be downloaded with all other classmate data. The answer is YES, however, when checking the boxes of all the data ITEMS you want included in your file you are creating to download (such as an excel ".xls" file) the name of the ITEM is titled "CLASSMATES NOTES" instead of "ADMIN NOTES". Therefore, might I request that the check box ITEM NAME for this be changed to be the same as in the profile of classmates which is 'ADMIN NOTES' for item name continuity purposes?

Thank you for your consideration of this request. Smile

Thanks for the suggestion. It was implemented. When you generate the report, you will now see these choices:

   Member ID
   Admin Notes
   Last Login

(notice that it now says "Admin Notes" which is what it is called on the DETAILS page)

How do I print a list of only the classmates who have joined the site?

Manage Classmates,
Download Class List
Make sure you include these two columns:
[X]    Last Login
[X]    Joined On
In the downloaded spreadsheet, sort by "JOINED ON" column.
Delete all of those rows/classmates who don't have a JOINED ON date.
