Paypal - time from payment to receive in bank

We got paypal implemented on our site and are receiving payments! Wooo hooo! Anyway, I have received email notifications of the payments, but the money has not shown up in the bank account yet. How long does it typically take for the money to arrive in the account?

Keep in mind it is not an "automatic" process. You have to log in to PayPal and "withdraw" the money (ie. transfer it to a bank account, request a check, etc.). After you've requested the "withdrawal" it will take about 3-5 days to appear in your bank account. Christel

I thought withdrawing was using the bank account to pay something else.
