Classmate Log-in Rejected

One of our classmates apparently had an e-mail address incorrectly entered when the site was first set up (the suffix "*.com" was entered as "*.con"). Now she is unable to log in, even though I have corrected her e-mail address in her profile. She continues to receive an error message and the site rejects her. What can be done to fix this issue?

what is her name (initials are fine with the last name) and I can look at it.

she has two e-mail accounts associated. Tell her that only the @yahoo.com can be used to log in. I sent a RESET PASSWORD e-mail to her @yahoo.com e-mail account so she can log in. (it is done through the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the home page)

Kyle, Thanks for the quick response and for resolving the issue. I have sent her an e-mail using her mac.com account in the event she is not watching her yahoo account. Bill
