We are making a hard copy Reunion Directory as one of the souvenirs of the Reunion. I would rather not retype the information in the profiles. Is there any way I can export them to a spread sheet or some other form so that I can format it for printing?

Manage Classmates > Download Class List..... you can select only the information from the member's profile that you need and export this information to an excel spreadsheet.

So I have to do each profile individually?

When you download the class list, it downloads the ENTIRE CLASS LIST, but only those profile questions that you want downloaded.

I don't know what your "do each profile individually?" question means. From what I can tell, the answer would be no.

And how would I go about downloading the class list?

Under Admin Functions, Manage Classmates, scroll down to Download Class List and make your selection[s].
