I am the admin for our site yet my emails are bouncing back. Why? It is entered correctly. I have gone in deleted and re-entered and it won't send me an email. What next?

Chances are your Internet Service Provide is rejecting the emails as spam. When you log in and 'View' the bounceback message there should be a hint about why the email bounced. Or check the Spam folder at your email provider.

If that's the case you'll need to 'Whitelist' Class Creator's sending address with your ISP. You can read some hints about whitelisting {HERE}

If the message of the bounceback says something like "* The name server reports that it is having technical problems", we don't really know what the problem is and we delete the bounceback when you contact ClassCreator support.

I deleted your bounceback. If it happens again, contact your email service provider to find out the reason. You can forward them the bounceback (copy/paste into your email) and have them respond.
