One of my classmates and administrator, is no longer getting email from the site. She is getting the messages on her profile that people send her from there. She's just not getting the alerts at her personal email address telling her that she has one waiting on her. She was getting new classmate notices and everything that I'm getting. Now she get's nothing. She hasn't changed anything on her profile to block them. She's not even getting email when school wide emails are sent. What could be causing this?

What is her name? Possibilities:

1) Did she inadvertently click the Unsubscribe link on any of her emails? If so she needs to go to her Details page and resubscribe.

2) Email notifications have started going to her own spam or junk email folder. Make sure she has postmaster@classcreator.net whitelisted.

3) If 1 or 2 aren't it, have her check with her email provider and make sure they're not blocking postmaster@classcreator.net for any reason. If they are please let me know.
