Classmate Locked Out

One of our classmates has been locked out for failing too many login attempts. I've told him to use the "Forgot Password" function, but now I need to get him unlocked. How is that done? Thanks,

Hi Steve, Is he locked by IP address? If so you can supply his IP address and we can unblock him. The forgot password feature will send to their primary email address on file, however, if he is blocked by IP address he won't even see that. We need his IPv4 IP address. He can go to this link and it will tell him what his IPv4 IP is: https://www.whatismyip.com Jessica

If all devices were the same internet connection they are all likely the same IP as well. He should be all set, however, let us know if he reports a different IP address being blocked and we can clear it.
