I have a dummy classmate that I use to test various items on the web site without being an administrator and on the dummy site I have checked "Pages on the site have been added or updated" to be notified immediately. Yesterday I added a new page but my dummy has not received a notice. How can I tell if anybody else has not received their notice?

Just to be certain, what is the "dummy's" account name and email address and did you complete the email verification for that account when you joined as the dummy account?

The dummy account name is "John Dortmunder" and the email address is "omega.two.0@gmail.com"

I'm not sure what the email verification is but I have been using this dummy almost from the beginning -- 5 years or so ago.

I have been unable to duplicate the new page added Notify Me issue. My test email arrived fine. Could have been some kind of email non delivery issue, which can happen for a variety of reasons of course.
