Three of us on our website have tried pasting an emoji along with a comment. All we get is "??".
Can emojis be used? If so, how do you do it?

All images, including photos, should be uploaded to the File Vault. Unless the emoji you wish to use is in the editor, that is they way to have it appear on your page.

Will this allow everyone to access the emojis, or just me?

I'm able to easily use emojis only on our Message Forum and so can our classmates. Our Message Forum on our website seems to be the only place to quickly/successfully use an emoji. Most of our classmates log on using smart phones or tablets vs a Mac or PC...
