Would it be possible to add an indication that someone is a donor or supporter? This would be similar to the little cameras, roses, flags, and checkmarks which appear next to the names. Thanks

That is on the enhancement request list. What is planned is for you to be able to create your own icons and associate them with different Profile Generator questions.
