On Wednesday, we experienced a ton of issues with our server which extended well into the evening. We have thankfully gotten past these issues at this point. However, when a person visits the page and they see the System Maintenance message, it can sometimes become "stuck" in their cache. There are a few things one can do to get past this. 1. In the browser, clear your cache / temporary internet files including cookies. Close the browser completely and then open the browser and attempt to access the site. 2. If 1 does not work, the page may be cached in a cable modem. When this is the case, follow the steps in 1, but before you attempt to access the site, also do the following. You will want to unplug your cable modem for 30-60 seconds. This will reset the modem and clear its internal cache. Once reconnected, attempt to log in at the site. You should find success.
