I had a list of options under this tab/places for customize links and now I don't. I was trying earlier to install a site hit counter. Did I knock something out of whack?

Uh oh... I suspect you pasted incomplete third party code onto the page, essentially "messing up" your site. Code that is partially missing can do that... I'll have a programmer fix this tonight when we have a chance.

Bottom line: When pasting in code from other sites, make sure you always copy ALL the code and don't miss a single character. When you're dealing with source code, one missing charcter can pretty much break everything. As you found out.

I fixed this for you and changed the page name to "bad page"

what happened is you tried to put javascript into the page title via <script> tags. You don't watn to do that
