I've started getting emails saying that classmates can't update their profile. I've discovered if I uncheck "Allow other Classmates to send me Instant Messages through the web site (recommended)" that it solves the problem.

Is there a toggle to uncheck all Instant Messages for our website until it operates correctly or is there something else we can do to really the solve the problem?

You can turn off Instant Messaging globally on your Preferences page.

For anyone who has reported updating a Profile with Instant Messaging activated, can you ask them what browser and browser version # they are using?
