One of our classmates can't get his password to work anymore. Is there a way to reset it so he can get into his profile?

If he has forgotten his password, he can click the "Forgot Password" link and it will e-mail the password to him. What is the error message he is given when he tries to log in? What are the initials of the classmate having problems (Maybe First Name and First letter of last name)?
