I have a file of pictures for each member of our class. I have downloaded some of the pictures, but how do I load them onto each individual profile? I don't have a sound card in my computer so I can't hear what the help video is saying.

You can add images to people's profiles by going to Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates and PHOTOS next to their name. If the images are Yearbook photos, then use the Yearbook Photo column.
