Can you/we remove the words "YEAR UNKNOW" when someone hits the "In Memory"?

I like having that on there because it encourages classmates to send information about the classmates in that section as in death dates etc

I like it as well. It defines where years have been sent in oppose to those that haven't.

No, it's an important part of the system. Classmates with no year of death have to be listed under something. If you put in any years of death at all for some of your decased Classmates it's going to make perfect sense. See this page for example:

I think the larger issue, though, on your site is we're going to have to break down the In Memory entires much like we're doing everywhere else for multi sites. Eventually you're going to get so many names on 1 page it's going to become unmanageable.
