when running my reports, some classmates show up as "not registered", even though they have entered and updated their w/site. How am I able to make them appear as "registered"?

There is a difference in being registered / joined for the site vs registered for an event via the Reunion Planner. Are you referring to them showing up as being Joined for the site, or Registered for an event?

when running a report of who are attending function, some classmates have "yes" and some have "yes (not registered)" beside their names. Why is this happening when they have logged onto site - and is there a way for me to make all names as just "yes"?

The difference between Yes and Yes no registered is that in Yes - they have actually completed the registration via the reunion planner... vs. Yes not registered where they have indicated Yes on their profile that they intend to attend, but have not actually registered for the event yet. Not registered does not refer to joining the site.

A classmate can answer the profile question "Attending Buffet Luncheon (07/09/14)?" when they edit their profile. If they answer "YES", and they haven't paid yet, it means they intend to register, but have not done it yet. They aren't officially registered until they use the reunion planner to register. In this case, they will show up as "Yes, not registered" because they haven't really registered, they only say they plan to attend.

If a classmate goes to the Reunion page and registers and pays for his reunion tickets, his profile question "Attending Buffet Luncheon (07/09/14)?" becomes "YES" and it is not able to be changed by the classmate from the Edit Profile page. In order to change it from "YES" to "NO", he would have to have his real reunion registration deleted from the system. On the reunion reports, this type of classmate will be "YES"
