Have you read this status update? Has she tried any of these items?

I would start with making sure her web browser is up to date and try rebooting her computer or device. The next best item is to try resetting their router by unplugging it for 1 minute and plugging it back in. Typically this is an issue where an older browser is caching/saving and not updating the certificate chain.
