I was uploading music and got a notice that I was 148 mb over our limit, I deleted all the mp3 files from the site using the delete link, but I keep getting a message that we are still over. I go to the show image and try to see what files are in the vault and it doesn't show any files. can some one please help me we just started our site on April 14 and I don't want to be over that quickly

Hi Ian...

Welcome to the help fourms from one admin to another.

You might be still working on the free site. It has a smaller restriction on total file size. Once you enroll for a Premium Site, you'll have a total of 200 MB of storage.

However, MP3 files take up a bunch of space. Two options:

1. Rather than uploading MP3 files to your site, use an outside player like www.playlist.com or www.mixpod.com to capture and play the music on your site. This also will keep you legal since these sites license the music that will be playing on your site.

2. Sign up for the Platinum service level with CC which will give you 1 GB of storage space (5 times the storage available in the Premium level.) Platinum is available, but you have to contact CC by email about it. They are working on enabling it as an choice under the "Subscription" link in the "Admin Functions" area.

we have the premium site activated. It is telling me I am over my 200mb limit, I have deleted all mp3 files and I am still getting the message, I can't seem to find where there may be stored. I clicked the delete link and told to remove from site but it still says I am over our limit

Hi Ian,

I spoke with you on the phone regarding this matter. I have cleared out all of the MP3s you had in the file vault - you are back to 200 MB available

Is there a place on our individual sites which shows just how much space we have left free??

If you start the act of adding an image to a page or announcement, click on upload and it will tell you how much of your storage space you are using to that point.

Guess I didn't pay attention when I was tweaking pages the last couple of days.
Would be so much better if it was under one of the admin functions and could just be pulled up. (HINT HINT)
